Mr. Rohit Shankar went on to represent clients before ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations seated in Bengaluru during his initial years of practice. During his stint with a globally renowned arbitration practice in Mumbai, he gained invaluable experience conducting international commercial arbitrations seated variously in India and Singapore. During his time at the firm, he also represented clients in arbitration related litigation including for interim relief, evidence collection during arbitration and enforcement of arbitral awards.
